We offer a 100% refund within the first 7 days of purchase if you have not yet received all the digital products but only a portion.
Refunds will not be granted if all digital products included in the purchase have been fully delivered within the first 7 days.
To request a refund, contact info@magebit.com with proof of purchase and details regarding the undelivered portions.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
All digital products are licensed to you for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify them for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of our digital products may result in legal action.
We do not guarantee that our digital products will meet your specific needs, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
We are not responsible for any third-party services or external factors affecting your access to our digital products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased digital product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our digital products if we suspect misuse, unauthorized distribution, or breach of these Terms.
Termination due to a violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refunds.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.
